Retail Sales Associate Jobs in Canada
Glocruit is currently hiring Retail Sales Associates for multiple employer partners across Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Quebec.
This role is ideal for friendly, energetic individuals who enjoy working with customers in retail environments such as clothing stores, supermarkets, electronics shops, and specialty retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in selecting products and answering questions
- Process sales transactions using POS systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit payments accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise
- Support inventory control and stock management
- Assist with returns, exchanges, and customer complaints
- Meet sales targets and performance goals
- Follow store policies and safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- High school diploma required (preferred but not mandatory in some roles)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
